Just stopping by to say, Hello. I don't know if Walla Walla is part of the basin or not though. :)

Walla Walla is part of the Columbia Basin Watershed, so I would say, yes, it's part of the Columbia Basin. Someone may feel free to correct me if they want. My understanding is that this watershed covers area in five states, so it's a huge area. The Mid Columbia may be a little more ... not sure but I think that refers to the middle part of the area that drains into the Columbia River, which of course would include the Walla Walla River.
